I was on a BPO Industry for 3 years for a Australian account Third Party Debt Collection, handling both inbound and outbound calls handling different campaigns (eBay, Paypal, Utilities - Energy Australia & Origin Energy, Telco - Telstra) We track Financial hardship, disputes, and fraud customers too, then got promoted and transferred to a Pioneer line of business for Customer Service that handles Phone and Email support, I would be very happy to share my skills and knowledge being a Customer Service Representative. After i work for Australian account, i got hired for a US account - tracking new sales for a certain product using USPS website. Then i worked as a Virtual Assistant for a the CEO of a real estate company in US, assisting him with his schedules, reminding him of his meetings and scheduling appointments for his applicants to undergo interview.
