I would very much love to use the experiences I gained working as a customer service representative and operations supervisor for almost 7 years at Panasiatic Solutions. I am working in a busy environment. I was the one who managed my agent's schedules and coached when it came to quality scores, behaviors, and opportunities. I also worked as an office assistant at Bago City College under the Academic Affairs office and as a part-time college instructor. I graduated from La Consolacion Bacolod with a diploma in marketing management, and I am currently taking up my Master of Public Administration at Carlos Hilado Memorial State University.
I improved my communication skills while working in a BPO company and during my teaching experience. Additionally, I am computer literate and have good customer service skills. I also handled the Back Office account, which contained confidential documents for the customer. There is a variety of software programs that I am quite proficient in using, including Microsoft products (Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
