I have extensive experience in customer service, technical, and sales. I have been in the customer service industry for four years. I was a team supervisor for a billing account then I moved to technical. Part of my responsibility as a supervisor is to take supervisory chats for escalated issues and irate customers.
After that, I was a Remote Desktop Specialist for a company that renders computer technical services in the US as well as selling the services.
I have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. I also know a little how to use Adobe Photoshop.
I can fluently speak and write in English, as it is my first language when I am at my workplace since we are dealing with US customers.
I also have experience in accounting and administrative tasks as after I graduated in college, I practice my field in Finance and Accounting for quite some time.
I have a wired connection to my desktop computer and laptop and for back up, I have mobile data that I can use as a hotspot. I have a noise-canceling headset that I can use during calls.
