I am writing to express my interest my in the Data Entry and Customer Service Assistant position posted on Freelancer.ph today. I am Ruzzette Tiffany Ang, a Filipino Certified Public Accountant by profession and has worked as accountant/finance analyst in a corporate world. I was exposed to real estate accounting and client accounting tasks.
I can also do data entry and provide customer service and I believe the I can handle the given responsibilities in the job description. Aside from those, I can do bookkeeping, invoicing, budgeting, prepare sales report and financial statements, financial and management analysis, email management and various administrative tasks. I'm proficient in speaking and writing English as it is my second language. I'm also knowledgeable in MS office applications such as word, powerpoint and excel and various softwares like SAP and Oracle.
I'm still in the early stage of freelancing and still have a lot to learn and discover especially on softwares which I'm not familiar with, but I believe I am capable as I'm flexible and I have this eagerness to learn and be trained. I also think my traits as an accountant would be of advantage as we are focused, accurate, attentive, logical and very keen to even the smallest details.
