With data, we build intelligent Real Estate Asset Management capabilities that helps our Clients and Analysts to understand and maximise the return of their granular portfolios. **What We Are Looking For** Hire 2 Freelancers to carry out data labeling of real estate documents in English language. **Requirements** Requirements for a data labelling freelancer: - Native/Advanced level in English - reading and writing - Basic knowledge of property definitions and features. Such as 'apartment', 'flat', 'studio' is a property type; 'dilapidated condition' is a property condition; etc. We provide instructions. - ~700 units of data labeling per day. (it takes approximately 5 hours depending on the candidate’s experience). We understand it as a unit of data labeling: 'apartment' or 'flat' or 'dilapidated condition', etc. - Prior experience in data labelling is a requirement - Total 5-7 working days To note: Candidates will be asked to have a non-paid suitability test. This will require to annotate a 10 pages document which will take about 30 minutes and could be approximately 50-100 units of data labelling to create. Each successful candidate will be asked to carry out a paid task (3,500-5,000 units of data labeling). **Job Summary** The job is to read provided documents (pdf files) and mark with specific labels relevant words/phrases. We provide software for this. Topic of the documents is a real estate in the Middle East. Total 47 labels to annotate. Examples of labels: ADDRESS, CITY, PROPERTY_TYPE, NUMBER_OF_BEDROOMS, PROPERTY_AGE, PROPERTY_CONDITION, OWNER_NAME, LAND_ARES, VALUATION_DATE, etc. A list of labels with few examples, detailed instructions will be provided after candidate approval. **Work And Payment** - Carry out ~ 700 units of data labeling daily. - Payment is offered per 1000 units of data labelling as an amount of 75$ - Full payment will be transferred by the end of data labelling and calculated as: (Number of units/1000) * 75$ - The task can be carried out during any time BUT during Monday-Friday GMT. - Questions will be answered mainly from 09:00 to 18:00 GMT by email. To note: Candidates are required to agree to the following term: The contract may be aborted if the client regards the quality of the submitted labeling is considerably sub-standard.
