Independent tax preparation office in need of experienced seasonal tax preparer. Responsibilities include: • Interview clients • Prepare tax returns for individuals and/or small businesses using electronic filing software • Consult tax law resources as needed Qualified candidate must have: • minimum 3 years recent experience in tax preparation • must have PTIN / NYTPRIN certification or be willing to obtain such • be professional in outward appearance and demeanor • be a team player with positive attitude Successful completion of drug screening and background check is required. Please reply with resume. Salary negotiable; dependent on experience.
