Looking for a skilled resume and email manager. Your job will be the following: 1) Collect open job postings for ESL (english as second language) jobs. Organize these into a spreadsheet, documenting employer name, pay rate, contact info, URL link to the job listing, and date my cover letter and resume was submitted to them. 2) Send my cover letter and resume to each job listing which you collect. 3) Monitor incoming email on a daily basis. You will be monitoring my email account for incoming messages from prospective employers. You will be following a step-by-step process for filtering particular information regarding each job correspondence and working with my assistant to ensure all job interview requests are confirmed and scheduled in a timely manner. 4) Send me a 'daily report' document with your progress. You will be updating an on-going spreadsheet detailing your daily progress with collecting job listings, sending my resumes, and scheduling interviews with employers. You will send to me this 'daily report' on deadline each day (Monday - Friday). It is extremely important that you are punctual and meet deadlines each day. You must have excellent English grammar and be an excellent web researcher. Add the words "RESUME HANDLER" to the top of your message or you will not receive a response back.
