Qr chek point

I need a windows program that has the menu. CHECKIN which open a qr camera and scan a card with code (3digits) or put with keyboard when it regognized give the information of the card about 8 fields and buttom corfim and cancel also add one mark per day to one field. EDIT wher admin can add/ delete marks and get info. REGISTER where we can put new qr code cards and write on the fields. ALARM where scan again qr cards and mark a field when the checkin is more than 3. REPORT give excell files with daily checkins or alarms or sorted by field. This program must be local on computer no cloud no internet conection needed to work.
