Community manager and data analysis (German/English) -- 2

We are looking for a native German speaker with fluent English to facilitate a closed on-line community starting week of the 31st of July. The community will be live for 2 weeks. The role includes: a) Translation: The CM will be requested to set up the community in German and adjust/tweak the text when needed. Translations will be provided. b) Community Management: encourage discussions amongst participants based on the weekly activity guidelines. Answer any questions the participants might have. c) Content analysis and report writings: perform content analysis, download the Catalyx team on the community feedback (during weekly or bi-weekly connects) and prepare weekly reports in English highlighting trends and consumer insights in relationship to the community objectives and weekly activities to deliver a final report based on community outcome, filling in provided templates with relevant data. You will be working closely with the Catalyx delivery team and you will receive CM and platform training. This is a part time role that requires a daily engagement (2 hours a day when the crowd is live) and availability over the course of the 4 weeks of the overall project, yet which can be done in your own time and is compatible with another job/studies. Setting up and closing/analysing the community are more intensive periods: 1week to 10 days before the community is live, and 2 weeks after the community is closed. Please note that we have estimated the above time based on people that have done this type of work before, the time might vary based on your experience and your working speed. The work is paid on a project based fee. Ideally, the candidate has a market research or marketing background with experience of excel and content analysis (experience of coding qualitative text would be a plus), is at ease with communicating online and online platforms in general.
