Looking for long-term PosgreSQL v10+ DBA, experienced with CentOS / Nginx / Plesk setup

I need occasional help with DB administration. This means not fixed hours work, but rather agreed-upon tasks to optimize the DB and handle any issues. It is a dedicated server with CloudLinux 7.6 (based in CentOS 7) along with Plesk Onyx and both Apache + Nginx (that proxies requests to Apache) are in operation. I want to optimize it, so the similar setup can be replicated also for specific VPSes set up for our future customers. We are trying to set an effective operating server for small and medium-sized businesses, to help them to significanly reduce their software costs by using open-source tools like Odoo, which is CRM/ERP with many other modules included to cover the needs of those companies without any further software. Server is currently running and everything is working. Next steps would be: 1) Set up pgAdmin + pgBouncer: they are key for further progress, unfortunately they are just "almost" working. - I was able to make pgAdmin run as WSGI app and respond properly over Nginx, however I am not able to make it use the socket - currently it's using random TCP port for each start, which then needs to be manually set up in Nginx, which is quite tedious. Also I am not able to reset web admin password from backend as [login to view URL] doesn't ask for it anymore... - pgBouncer runs properly as a service, however as it doesn't work with .pgpass a proper procedure will need to be put in place, so it get all the user accounts refreshed - and secured That is the top priority for now. Some of the future activities: 2) Set up PostgreSQL monitoring 3) Prepare backup/replication procedures to other server 4) Upgrade to PG11 5) Optimizing the DB based on users' activities, including buffers and other DB parameters. Also making sure we're not getting errors like not enough connections or out of memory (where indeed pgBouncer helps a lot) etc. Note that for now the DB is not huge - we have just several DBs running. However the goal is to run many more users with similar specifications and optimize the database server on the way. Are you up to it?
