Creating a tool for remote working with productivity oversight

Hello! We are seeking to build the following application. It's an app which will be able to track and monitor the productivity of employees whilst the work from home. There are 2 main components to this, the tracking engine and the BI layer where the productivity data can be exposed to the business managers in a dashboard format. The MVP productivity tracking application should be a downloadable application that monitors the activity of the computer it is downloaded to. It is important that each account has an identifiable account feature built in so that the data that is tracked is shared to the correct management account in the reporting suite. Specifically, it should monitor: Time where the computer is active and in use and time where the computer is dormant – dormant can be defined as more than 2 minutes without activity of any kind Time spent using each application – this should track the time each application is being used not the time it is open for – please use the above 2 minute rule to define activity Time spent on each website – this should track time spent on the whole website and not on each page Timed and triggered screenshots – the system should take screenshots at either set time intervals or when specific activity occurs – for example a user spends more than 5 minutes on a website The data for the above monitoring should be fed to either a Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services data warehouse at least each 15 minutes – we would like data to be centralised as frequently as possible, please give an idea of how this interval will affect running costs. I.e. is it more expensive to have data sent to the warehouse every minute? MVP Reporting & Management Suite: The MVP reporting and management suite should include the below features: A cloud based portal where managers can log in and see productivity and activity reports by user, location, day, etc Managers must be able to review screenshots that are captured and be able to filter them based on the user who’s screen was captured, the application that was being used, the day, the location The reporting suite should include a productivity leaderboard so the manager can review who the most and least productive members of the team are The manager should be able to subscribe to any of the above reporting screens so they can be sent to the manager’s inbox via email each day / week Please scope the requirements above and detail how we achieve the above from a technical perspective as well as breakout the estimated time and cost in USD, what extra information is needed from us at this point and how quickly the development could begin.
