Hi, I am an excel VBA expert and have made many software like these. I can make an excel file with the following logic: 1) Upon clicking a button called " New Entry" a form pops up, which the user will fill. We have to discuss the format of the form as well as its content 2)upon clicking on the save button, the form will be saved in a database file which can be a different sheet in the same file or some other excel file. Do you need an interface to enter and retrieve data? If so there is a bit of work involved and we will have to build something like a web page to enter and retrieve data. Alternatively you can directly interact with the database if you have some knowledge on SQL. The cost will depend on the size of the database and if we need to build an interface.
