I can help you with mail delivery issues. Configuring the PTR with your provider and configuring best practices, DKIM/SPF/DMARC records which is required for high delivery rates. These will need setup in cpanel and also any external DNS. Would take around 1 hour to do however DNS propagation can take 24 hours hence delivery time.
