I have already created a similar windows executable that runs as a scheduled task and detect new csv file in a specified folder and connects to specific sql server database (table). After the execution is complete all data of csv will be moved to sql table. 1- Are there any rules for data import process ? Looking forward to have a chat with you to discuss further.

Hello, what is the nature of the csv file for import. I assume the data from csv will be imported to a 'stage' table and then some transformation will be applied to prepare data to be inserted to all related tabled. You mentioned that the script is to be executed from Windows Server, what version of SQL Server are you using and do you have SSIS installed. Please consider selecting me to work on your project.
