Hi there, As per my understanding, Scope of Work will be to design and develop a database which will allow you to store and manage vendors. Moreover i presume you will need a UI to communicate with the database. If you are looking for a desktop based app for PC, i recommend using .Net with MSSQL and if you prefer to go with web based app, i recommend using Laravel with MySQL. I would like to ask if you will need an import feature to import list of vendors all at once? Also what details you will be adding for vendors?
