XML (Customized /Personal SmartArt Graphics Template for MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)x

Personal use of a specific chart I should like to have created. Specifically a smart art graphic that is inserted into an Office application. The existing templates do not do as I should like them to do. I read online from Microsoft's "SmartArt Developer Reference" that it requires XML developer abilities; which I do not have at this time.
