I need an affordable drupal developer

I have a website - [login to view URL] - that was converted over to a new platform a few years ago. It is druple based. Since then I do not have the control and flexibility to work with it as I was used to - I do not know drupal. I programmed for many years and created the original site when the internet was a new thing, but needed to get out of the day to day. There are some basic problems with how the site works (or doesn't) and time had adjusted my focus and priorities for its functionality.
