For the modules (attribute wizard pro colors, acsoft, and quickpay) pls send me new latest version of the modules. This is list of step to do on the project: 1, create a backup (database and code) 2, install the backup to my development server (your website still live when we upgrade). 3, Start upgrade and style the new theme 4, Import the new data from live site because there are new orders and products while we are upgrading. I would first setup the new site with demo products so that I can test everything is working correctly and once this is confirmed, I would delete the demo products and import the live products so there would be very little downtime. I will also modify the theme to look like your mockup. I assume you have the logo, buttons and other graphics in PSD or other format?
