PCB design, Gerber file and BOM file I need to make a PCB based on Arduino Uno pin, this PCB is a union of many commercial modules. I power the pcb by 12 volts. in the PCB, i need: 1) nr 1 thermocouple K by max 31885 2) nr 1 load cell HX711 3) nr 3 sensor NTC 4) nr 5 proximity inductive sensor 12 volt 5) nr 1 flow meter 6) nr 1 control nr 3 motor DC 12 volt and with acs 712 load a current 7) some connector for digital inputs like a button 8) nr 1 buzz (beep) 9) nr 1 rotary encoder 10) nr 2 ultrasonic sensor like HC-SR04 11) nr 1 I2C 24LC256 eeprom for write and load variables 12) some 5 volts and 12 volts output (300 mA) 13) Connector for control nr 2/3 Solid state relays 220 volts 25 A 14) Connector for control nr 4 Relays 5 volt 2 Amp a I2C connector for: 1) nr 1 I2C lcd 16x2 1) nr 1 I2C clock and calendar 1) nr 1 I2C Wifi module I attach some circuit and document, but the are not complete or draw in a right mode. Dimension of PCB about cm 10 x 15.

Hi, i wanted to ask if there's any preferences about what software to use for the pcb design and schematic, also, as i saw from your pcbexample file i noted the fact that the arduino connection si on a ribbon cable, does the adapter from the arduino board to the ribbon already exists or will it need to be designed? I can work in any open source pcb design software and i can get access at work at other payed as well. Does the final product need any certification like CE for europe? Is there any need for RF shielding, corrosion resistance or mechanical strength or vibration resilience?
