It seems to be a problematic transmission design; I could explain a lot better if u would share more details. I have previously worked on power transmission thru chains and sprockets, belts and pulleys pretty much work the same way. 3 days seems to be more than enough for such a design, I could most certainly accelerate things if required, which we can discuss as we move forward.
