I am a startup ISP and looking to develop LTE for data accross Port Moresby city in Papua New Guinea and Enga province papua New Guinea, Alotau especially in Misima and samorai area in papua new guinea. I need to develop network coverage design and RF frequency to apply spectrum. For some areas like Port Moresby lower frequency is not available but some 1800, and above I can get. In remote areas like Enga and Misima we can get very few low spectrum bandwidth. Since we are applying for spectrum we need to have network design and I am looking for someone with ATOLL experience to help me put something together. Please note we are very very small trying to enter a big market and do not have all the resources of yet but trying to secure the spectrum so we can be able to raise the needed capital Have you ever used ATOLL or similar software before for radio planning? Have your done design and optimization process including coverage analysis, frequency planning, capacity planning, interference analysis, system parameter planning and optimization of LTE, CDMA, UMTS? The radio network planning is an optimization activity in where capacity, coverage and quality are maximized. I have understanding about the radio propagation phenomena that are present in radio network planning, the different radio propagation enviroments characteristics that the value of different parameters that characterized it as the power delay profile.. etc and how justify the selection a definite antenna in basis of characteristics, knowledge about coverage elements and capacity elements, capacity models, the use of DEMS, i known how the different characteristics in a design are related with others, for example the heigth of the antennas have influence in capacity and coverage issues. The proccess that i follow for design a network is the next: 1. Dimensioning 2. design 3.
