We have experience in DC motors speed control using LabVIEW and Arduino. The PWM signal coming from Arduino is amplified to interface with DC motor rated at 12V. We also interfaced LM35 temperature sensor, Hall effect sensor, and LDR with Arduino.

This task is super simple, I bet you could do it by yourself, however I can help you with pleasure I have experience using Labview and especially with serial communication since I work with that daily.
