I need a designer who knows what they're doing

I need a PCB which is 1cm x 7cm and thickness doesn't matter too much as long as its as thin as possible. I want to be able to click a button 10 times to call a person and then be able to use a bone conduction speaker to listen to what the person is saying and reply using a microphone. Please make it as small as possible and have a decent amount of battery.
