Self Employed Domestic Energy Assessor

We're on the look out for a customer-focused qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) to join our team of Assessors to work alongside our fun and dynamic team of photographers & videographers based from our office in Cheam Village, Surrey. The successful candidate will visit our clients’ properties in Epsom, Reigate, Surbiton and all surrounding areas to produce a detailed floor plan sketch, along with an Energy Performance Certificate if required. Full floor plan sketching training will be provided (to RICS standard) if needed. Efficiency and ability to meet our fast turnaround times is essential. Appointments are pre-booked for you (average 4-6 per day) and content needs to be uploaded on the same day, where possible. Fee is for your time (daily) with EPC lodgements paid via our corporate account with Stroma. We would ideally like someone on a 1-2 day per week basis with flexibility on a self employed basis. What we ask of you: Full UK driving licence with your own transport. Flexibility, self-motivated with a friendly manner. +1 year DEA experience/qualification. We are looking for a driven individual to join our growing team 1 to 2 days per week on a set daily fee. Their role is to primarily measure, draw and digitalise floor plans along with performing an added EPC if required. On average 4-6 homes are visited daily, varying in size from small flats to medium/large family homes. All properties require a floor plan with an approximate average of 1 in 3 homes needing an EPC.
