Create a Construction Schedule

I need a small "real" construction network schedule. Ideally, the schedule would fit onto one page and be approximately 18 - 20 activities. This must be a network schedule, so when teaching I can show the forward pass, backward pass, free float, total float, and lag time. I am attaching a blank schedule, which I currently use. However I want a real life example. Any small, "real" project so I can demonstrate a real-life example to the class.
