Hi we have similar experience in developing LED Driver for few projects on which we have worked. We have a dedicated team of Hardware Designer and PCB Designer.

We have developed a number of high power LED arrays for internal use and for aerospace customers with as many as 300 devices per array. We have also done a number of high power LED designs using aluminum substrate PCBs which bolt directly to larger heat sinks. We design the LED constant current drivers from scratch based on the requirements and whether the power source is DC or mains.
