Looking for a person to create Solar Electrical Proposal

Hi Sir/Madam, I am a Design Engineer here in the Philippines and I have been designing PV System for 5 years for residential and commercial rooftop in United State, Germany and Philippines. I have worked in Sunpower for 3 years, where I complete proposal designs and complete permit packages for residential and light commercial rooftops. I use Autocad in completing the designs and all the projects that I have done ranges from 2kW to 10kW. I have used several software in creating PV designs and now I have settled on using one software, which is PVSol. I am using this software in creating proposal and final designs and if you can give me a chance to work for you, I will use this software and provide you all the details that you need mentioned on your job post. I just need the address of the project to get the satellite view and the 1 year electrical consumption (kWh).
