Call center staff to assist with client follow ups and marketing

IGrow Wealth Investment is South Africa’s Number One Property Investment Group. We are looking for quality call center staff to assist with client follow ups and marketing. The goal would be to identify interested potential property investors from our database of 75000 users, qualifying clients and passing qualified/ interested clients to our sales team. Qualified articulate English speaking call center agents with high standard in clients service and etiquette as you would be first impression of our brand. Task and Responsibilities Creating relationships with potential clients over the phone and converting these potential clients into active ones will be the core responsibility of this position. Script and sales message would be supplied. Required Skills and Experience - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills - Self-Motivating and driven - At least 2 years of previous experience in sales over the phone - Fluent in English Experience: - sales over phone: 2 years (Required)
