full-time long-term administrative assistant /customer support rep needed

We are looking for a full time (40+ hours per week), long-term (3+ years), virtual administrative assistant/ customer service / lead generator.
We develop, deliver, and support technology primarily for the hospitality industry in the United States (VoIP, Wi-Fi, SMS, etc.). Our company is Cirious Technologies ([login to view URL]) We remotely manage several properties, and have a small 24x7 virtual contact center. We are a fairly small team (about 12 of us) and work together on many projects. We are growing and need a couple great teammates to join us and share in the progress & benefits.
We need a highly motivated, 110% dedicated, team-committed, easy to work with, administrative assistant to join us full time long-term to help us develop and grow our company.
You will be working with our GOAST (Greatest Operational Administrative Support Team) to support all departments of the company making sure all their requests are fulfilled, and their needs to perform their jobs are taken care of. Also, there will be several secondary responsibilities– customer support (at times providing tier-1 support to hotel guests to help them log into wireless networks), Sales and Marketing – working with our local sales team to generate leads, set appointments, etc.
