Hello, I am looking for assistance working with a car dealership to have a warranty repair made on my vehicle. There has been a bit of uncertainty regarding a warranty extension which the dealership claims is not valid in Japan, but I have evidence to the contrary. This may require some translation of documentation I have which is written in English, as well as an in-person visit to the dealership.
