Need English Native speaker to check some subtitle file

Hi. I´m American, a native English speaker with excellent language skills. I would like to proofread your subtitles, but I need more information - is the job comparing the subtitles to what is spoken in the videos, or to what is written in a translator´s text file? Either way, I can do the job. I would prefer to give you a fixed rate for each video, or for the entire job, instead of an hourly rate, or do you have a time-tracking program we can use? Do I make comments on the text file about what needs to be corrected in the subtitles? Please send further details and you test video.
