Develop MS Business Central with MS partner point of sales

We are 1) distributors and 2) retailers. We would like to have a new software and we need someone to develop it, implement it, and have future support for us in case we need. For that, we chose Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central) to best suit our needs for the back office, and either LS Retail or Dynavics for the point of sale. We will buy the licenses. For the Back Office, we will require: - 1 full access - 1 accountant For the Distributor, we will require: - 1 salesman with MS Dynamics For the Retailers, we will require: - 4 salesman with another software license, preferable Dynavics or LS Retail We currently have our own server, so we prefer OnPremises Software. The main requirements for each are the following, more requirements might be added along the way: Accounting jobs: - Cost centers per branch + administration + warehouse - Products list: o Assembly/disassembly of products (we sell items packs of 10,15,20,25,50 by piece; so, whenever a full pack is sold, the system automatically to disassemble a pack, to its pieces) o Product requirements:  Category  Sub category  Units per pack  Retail Price  Wholesale price  Max discount per pointofsale salesman  Max discount per distributor salesman  Unit Cost original currency  Unit net weight  Quantity o Orders  Placement  Receiving  Adding related costs o Warehouses: per branch + main warehouse - Finance o Journal vouchers o Monthly reporting:  Sales per salesman  Sales per category  Sales per brand (by unit or by weight)  Profit & loss per branch o Bank reconciliation - Fixed assets - Human Resources: o Payroll and deductions o Leave requests o Advance requests Distributor salesman requirements: - Create & edit quotations - Make a quotation an invoice - Discount to be applied as a percentage or as a fixed number; but not to surpass the set discount limit - Discount can be set to a specific item in the order, or to the whole order - VAT to be applied to invoice - Extra discount MAY be applied to remove decimal or round down figure after applying VAT prior to paying - Methods of payment: Cash, Credit on account - Each invoice to be allocated to its customer - User can create new customer accounts - Invoice printed in A4 format in company designed invoice format - May check quantity available Point of sale salesman requirements: - Our product list to be divided into: Category, Subcategory, Product item - Discount to be applied as a percentage or as a fixed number; but not to surpass the set discount limit - Discount can be set to a specific item in the order, or to the whole order - VAT to be applied to invoice - Extra discount MAY be applied to remove decimal or round down figure after applying VAT prior to paying - Methods of payment: Cash, Visa Card, American Express, MasterCard, Debit Card (SAMA), Credit on account - Each method of payment to have bank charges automatically deducted in the accounting - Each invoice to be allocated to its customer - User can create new customer accounts - Invoice printed in rolling paper format in company designed invoice format Moreover, we will need customer and product integration with our e-commerce website. So, anytime a new customer creates a username on the website, a new account is made for him. And anytime an order is processed, an invoice is issued, product deducted, and JV entry made to accounting. For any further inquiry and for interest, please contact me.
