Hello! Hope you are doing well. I have worked on analysis, configuration and setup of similar metal sheet cutting project in Odoo. The most difficult part in such system are re-using the remaining plate or beam in another MO and the inconsistent Finished Product dimension due to which we cannot set up static BOM. I resolved this issue with some setup and some customisation. I have 4 years of experience in Analysis, Customisation and Implementation of few ERP projects including 3 Manufacturing projects. Hello Sir.. we had recently setup Odoo for a manufacturer who deals in manufacturing food items. We did configure BOM for him and then via the process final product comes which gets added to inventory, some gets scrapped. We could showcase you the same. The manufacturer had several retail stores too throughout the country so we had setup Multi-Company model for him so that via one Odoo instance he can manage head unit and sub-units and see accounting (P&L) reports collectively or individually. We could give you a demo on same and if it suits you we can make a video too which you can later showcase to your clients. I have gone through the pdf attached herein and we can follow the guidelines as mentioned in there and we do have experience using Trello as well for managing projects.
