Azure Function to write an Excel File with 2 sheets on a Blob Storage

Azure code written in C#, will be part of an Azure Function (already written) to fill 2 sheets of an Excel file (must be created) in a Blob Storage. First, the file must be created, then each of the two sheets with their columns names, and the program will insert rows on each. "[login to view URL]" file is an example, And must manage UTF8 code.
