Collect Telecom operators phone contacts - Egypt

We need a freelancer living in Cairo to go at Etisalat Misr headquarters , Mobinil (Orange) headquarters and We Telecom headquarters and collect the phone number of the head office (NOT CALL CENTER OR BRANCH PHONE NUMBERS). We will pay an extra amount if the phone number is the direct line (mobile) of the Customer experience Director, Procurement Manager, COO or CEO.
