I'm looking for a commission calculator that will be able to track a base pay(draw) vs commissions earned monthly. I need to be able to also calculate the commissions at two different rates (E.G. self gen sales are 15% commission, company provided leads are 10%) and have commission paid out if YTD commissions are greater than the YTD draw AND MTD commissions are greater than MTD draw. I have a sheet already completed that calculates a single commission rate but I need it to be able to do both. I've attached the current document so that you can see what I am trying to achieve.

Hello, I have 15 years excel experience. I can add in another line for sales so as you can split sales into self generated and company provided leads. I will then update the formulas for monthly commission, YTD commission, draw and bonus.
