I can write a Javascript( Node.js ) based program using the Financial Markets Data API / Stock Price API which will listen for Real Time Stock data through a Websocket as you require. I have already started reading the documentation for the API but it will require you to give me the identifiers/filters to be applied. I have done a project in past where it was required to forward Forex based messages from a Telegram Channel to a spreadsheet on real-time basis. I was forwarding those messages to a Google Spreadsheet using the Google client api. Google Sheets is the best option for you if you want to update the spreadsheet on real time basis. I can host the script on a cloud like Heroku and you will be able to access the spreadsheet from anywhere you want. you will just need your Google account to access the spreadsheet.
