Hi) First of all - I advice You to go to Google Sheets Second - Im developer and Im sure this work must do developer 3d - conditional formatting isnt very good idea. It takes resources for always calculate these conditions etc. So I recommend instead use some scripts with EVENTS - OnChange. But You dont need to care about that - its my problem But what I want from You is comments how You want it to work. Dont care about methods - just say me what You want as result. Ill care about development BUT - all this ill do only for Google Sheets. I will not work with Excel etc. Lets discuss)) Thanks.
