Excel Financial Model of Complex Savings Plan

In your response you must mention the name of the savings company clearly indicated in the attachments. This will indicate who has read the project and those who haven't. I will take seriously anyone who reads this and does this item. Everyone else unfortunately will be ignored. This is a detail orientated task, I need detail orientated people to complete it. I have had a unit based savings plan for 5 years, the plan is a little complex and I don't believe it is actually performing well. I want someone to develop an excel model based on the information I give you about my plan, the values I've invested monthly over the last 5 years and then to do look ahead based on the plan policy to understand the best point in time to "cash-out" with an acceptable amount of penalties. Attached are the policy terms and brochure with all the relevant charges/penalties and unit based allocations. Additionally, if someone could tell me the amount of charges I've paid to date, and will do so in the future that would also be good. I expect the model to be interactive and not locked, I will want to review to see my likely outcome at various points of time with this 25 year policy assuming I don't change the monthly payments or fund allocations in the future. For someone who understands finance and these types of models, I anticipate it should be about 2 days work, but I'll let you tell me the best approach. I expect it to be fully accurate based on the policy terms, and I will be able to validate the model myself. Thank you.
