Omega Corporate Finance is seeking accounting professionals to help our small business clients to:
1. understand their monthly financial statements and budget reconciliations
2. make accurate financial projections
3. assemble applications for traditional and non-traditional financing facilities
Responsibilities:
- analyze client financial data and provide reports to CFO's and Senior Underwriters
- ensure clients provide all required information to support financing applications and forecast assumptions
- organize client documents in data-rooms and rename accordingly
- input financial data into underwriting analysis models, ensuring that all normalizing adjustments are accounted for
- notating all key confirmed and unconfirmed assumptions
Additional Requirements:
- must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- must be able to occasionally connect with clients by telephone during North American business hours
- must be able to participate in video conferences via Google Hangouts
