Find relationship between volatility parameter and variance of measurements

In attached excel there are 2 sets of data and also volatility parameter V. From some pre-analysis of data its apparent that bigger the V, bigger are deviations from mean for measured data. I need you to find relationship between volatility V and standard deviation of random data I measured. Result will be formula - standard deviation as a function of volatility - S=f(V), one for each set. (So Im looking for two formulas).
