hello i need to mount a new (for me) cement silo that is about 70 tonn total when full. its 11 meter high including the high of the 4 legs. 3.4meter diameter i need calculation and plan (drowing) of fundament / footing for this silo to handle winds. ground are stabile with a lot of rocks and no seismic activity wind speed here could be 45m/s (gusths) but its rare to have strong winds
