Global Digital Agency Seeks Amazing Virtual Assistant for Executive Team

Colorful Inc. is looking for a virtual assistant with excellent sales knowledge to support daily the operations of the top Executive Team. You will be working with the highest ranking officers of a global digital agency and be expected to excel in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, possessing the skills necessary to exceed the expectations of the CEO and our full-service clients. The most skilled and successful candidate will be selected and be given full-time duties expected to take up to or approximately 40 hrs per week. The work will include the following tasks: Administrative/Fielding Calls * Answer calls, return emails, and similar tasks * Provide various levels of customer service * Type documents, mail letters, and take notes Personal Assistant * Serve as a point of contact for other team members and clients * Schedule meetings and manage daily calendar * Book travel accommodations and car rentals Marketing Support * Manage blogs and social media accounts * Create presentations and sales materials * Collaborate with writers, graphic artists, and designers * Copywriting for web and blog Professional Support * Handle financial tasks in payroll and accounting * Make business purchases and deal with vendors * Share industry-related advice and guidance IT/Technical Support * Handle website maintenance and updates * Manage servers, networks, and office hardware virtually * Provide tech support to customers and vendors Sales Support * Drive traffic to online storefronts * Create promotional campaigns and events * Find and engage potential customers * Set sales appointments with new customers Operational Tasks * Advise on best business practices * Build teams and recruit other virtual assistants * Handle scheduling and delegate daily tasks The following skills are a must: * Expertise in sales and high end customer service for sophisticated international clients and partners * Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat * Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar * Knowledge of WordPress CMS and WP Bakery (Visual Composer) administration a major plus * Experience in white glove, full-service digital agency operations a plus * High attention to detail expected * Ability to learn fast and on the fly will be necessary * Self-starter, highly motivated, do anything to finish the job with no excuses personality will be the most sought after trait As part of your cover letter and application to this position, please answer the following eight questions with your best responses.
