Google Sheets with Live Stock Portfolio Performance Over time (and future) with Charts and Graphs

I would like an automated spreadsheet built in google sheets (This is the only service that offers historical stock performance data in spreadsheet)

The spreadsheet should track monthly and yearly performance data from 2011-Present and keep tracking as time goes on. If you have to input a limit, up to the year 2050 is fine.

There should be conditional formatting that highlights a cell red if it the return is negative, highlights in green if the return is positive, and display red text if it underperforms the S&P 500.

There should also be a dashboard that clearly displays a line charts compared to to to the S&P 500. The line charts should be dynamic to reflect The last month, 3 month, 6 month, 12, month, 2 year, 3 year, and 5 year performance via drop down menu. The categories for the line charts should be as follows and reflect the stocks associated with the category. All returns should be based on and display percentages.

This should be an easily updatable spreadsheet where I can enter the stock ticker number and category and it auto populates into the line charts (categories specified above).
