Help me new Russian clients via internet - open to bidding

I need an internet-expert who helps me find Russian investors who want to buy real-estates in Hungary. (Among Russian people are really-really popular thing to buy a house or flat in Hungary – especially near thermal spa-towns. They madly love Hungarian thermal-spas. All of advertised real-estates have sold yet for Russian near the second biggest spa-town, called Hévíz...) I am a Hungarian advocate – who live the biggest and most famous thermal spa-town, called Hajdúszoboszló . …so, I would like to give own legal services for those Russian investors who would like to invest in Hungary. I interested in those Russian people too who want to base a company in Hungary. I can speak Russian close to intermediate-level, and easy understandable.
