Hi, I think Access database is not a good option. You should better go for Microsoft SQL Express (this is free). It is a full fledge database. I will write you the software in Asp.net and C#. Depending on your email provider, Access does have the ability to redirect to email. If your provider is not one of the ones that works with Access, the generated invoice report can be saved to the desktop or location of choice and attached to the email at that point.
