we are looking for an Auditor to join our team. We are an established parking lot management company dedicated to serving Downtown Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities: - Auditing: Thorough review of a multitude of daily reports, which consists of checking parking tickets and time stamps for accuracy of payment. Will require basic math skills and use of calculator. - Data Entry: Input of daily reports, incoming revenue, voids, and miscellaneous data into Excel. - Recruitment: Assist with incoming applicants, interviews, prepping files, orientation; job fairs. - Answer phone, emails, filing, copying, and other general office duties as needed. Requirements: - Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Gmail (You will be tested) - 10-Key - Organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to follow instructions/procedures - Ability to work independently with little or no supervision - Capable of time management and meeting deadlines - Must have an outgoing personality, be a people person, and be flexible with assisting with projects in different departments. - Education: H.S. Diploma, relevant experience - Ability to speak Spanish a plus

Hi, Greetings! I graduated in Finance and Management Accounting. I worked before as an accounting staff so tasks involving numbers and using accounting or billing system won't be a problem. I have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. I mastered Google Sheets as well as I used that as my main tool when I was a Virtual Assistant. I was a Virtual Assistant for a Belgian employer who is selling iPhones. As his assistant, my job was to manage inventory, ship orders, reply to emails, make reservations for store pick-ups, record sales, create invoices, send promotions, moderate Facebook, and manage warranty claims. Performance-wise, my employer was very happy. I can work without close supervision and the quality of my work always exceeded his expectations. I can speak a little Spanish but it's not fluent, it's more like a broken Spanish. If we keep doing what we've always done, we'll keep getting what we've always got.
