Hi ! I am a 'Dean Scholarship' recipient for (MBA in Finance) business graduate studies from NYU Stern, USA. I am CFA (USA) charter holder. I am expert in writing financial research reports and am part of JPMC (equities research). I have access to Bloomberg, Financial Times, Wall Street Journal and Thomson Financial databases. I had recently written a thesis wherein it was presented to identify empirically the M&A determinants in the banking industry of Europe. This included investigating whether the determinants that were supposed to be effective in pre-crisis period had increased or reduced in their influence in the post-crisis era. I have done extensive number of projects in finance related to mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, etc. Some of them are as listed below: Effect of capital structure of a company on its likelihood of being an acquirer of overseas targets. Also how the leverage affects the financing decision for cross-border acquisitions and the capital market’s response to such inorganic cross-border expansionary moves of the companies. How the key performance ratios of investment banks from diverse geographies differ as a result of macro-economic factors Economic effect of cross-border mergers and acquisitions on GDP per capita in the countries with developed financial markets vis-a-vis countries with underdeveloped markets for the last 15 years. Role of economic structure and policies in facilitating/thwarting international M&As.
