I need a list of For Sale by Owner or by Bank properties. You can obtain these by driving around DMV neighborhoods, requesting a listing from your Bank and by word of mouth.
The list must contain the following confirmed information:
Owner Name, contact number, email address, full property address, number of rooms/bathrooms, square footage, status of occupancy and the cost of the property for sale.
You will be paid a flat $50 per 25 valid listings.
No Real Estate office or Realtor connection permitted.
