small extjs web app

Hello, We would like to develop small extjs application in current version (6.5.1). We would like to use following theme, [login to view URL] Here are the exact spec, Application will have following 5 features. 1) Employees Management - [ basically extjs grid to view and edit recores. to add record new form should open. see flow for more details ] add employee edit employee delete employee 2) Manage State - [ extjs grid to add/edit/delete states ] 3) Manage City - [ extjs grid to add/edit/delete states ] 4) Manage Employee Designation - [ extjs grid to add/edit/delete Employee Designations ] 5) Users Module User Login User Registration User Forgot Password Admin Manage users - - [ extjs grid to add/edit/delete Users with diffrent access roles & permissions to above features ] Please read [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] for detailed information. also please look at attached sample screens. it is for reference only.
